Day 4 – The points….my God the points!
Another good morning I woke up at 5:50, good stuff got to work a few minutes before 7:00. Breakfast was oatmeal, banana, Effexor, and green tea – 5 points. Work was super boring today, I was praying for the day to be over. So for lunch I had a great 9 point lunch, sandwich, yogurt, cheese. So far the day is pretty mundane, but at 12:30 I had a meeting with my new trainer and my dad to discuss the workout schedule. So my new trainer is definitely a sight to see, he is huge, his arms are like tree trunks and his head looks so tiny, because he has so many muscles. He seems like a nice guy. I think he is going to whip my ass into shape. He kinda pissed me off because he told me he was going to put me on a high protein low carb diet – been there done that lost and regained 50 lbs. I’m going to stick to WW. I like counting points, it makes me feel in control, and I like the flexibility of getting to eat any thing I want , in moderation of course. So I will be meeting with my trainer on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. This will be interesting.

Trainer: "You should totally only eat like boiled chicken and green vegetables because they are the only real sources of proper nutrition."
Father: "So that's what you eat then?"
Trainer: "No, I just usually grab something on my way home."
Hmmm, stinking with WW? Seems like the right decision to me, given the trainer's intense personal belief in the chicken-IS-a-breakfast-food meal plan.
